New York, NY (06/12/2013) – Lead gen powerhouse ReviMedia, Inc. today announced it has completed the acquisition of home security assets from N2O Marketing. The acquisition will extend ReviMedia’s vertical portfolio and enable the company to quickly and efficiently launch lead generation campaigns in the home security space.
ReviMedia acquired N2O Marketing’s website properties, including www.NitroQuotes.com and www.MedicalAlertQuotes.com, along with their platform and other related assets. This will allow the lead generation company to immediately gain a foothold in the home security space. ReviMedia will further build out these website properties and integrate the new vertical into its proprietary lead exchange platform, LXP. The full-service platform which includes a suite of innovative lead scoring and verification tools will provide a wide network of over 1,000 active publishers with new innovative home security campaigns.
N2O Marketing will support ReviMedia as strategic partners and assist the lead generation company with their extensive knowledge and experience. ReviMedia is now working on exclusive new services for local dealers, as well as mobile Click2Call functionality. Further details of the acquisition are not disclosed.
