Technical Account Manager

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who will help ReviMedia on-board new lead buyer clients within insurance, home security and automotive industries on our proprietary platform LXP, optimize and monitor these API integrations through sophisticated reporting and supporting Account Managers with analytical analysis and recommendations to further grow client accounts. The ideal candidate is a meticulous, analytical, flexible and hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


  • On-board new clients by setting up API posting interfaces between LXP, ReviMedia’s proprietary platform, and the CRM system of these clients
  • Maintain and Optimize API response handling
  • Manage lead campaign settings such as bids, filters and sources
  • Monitor extensive reporting to pro-actively support account managers and clients
  • Participate in weekly account management meetings to review sales targets and progress against set goals
  • Effectively manage and optimize campaigns to ensure client’s goals and lead quality are met

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with basic API’s and XML interfaces
  • Minimum of 1 year of account management experience
  • Understanding XSLT and HTTP-GET/HTTP-POST are a big plus

Other Requirements:

  • Working very meticulously and analytical (comfortable with “media math”)
  • Flexible work attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Experience working with sales support, media and campaign stewardship a plus
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
